1. What the service is

This site is a marketing and matching service. We connect homeowners with independent local metal roofing professionals. We are not a contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a professional.

2. Your contract is with the professional

Any estimate, contract, schedule, workmanship, warranty, or payment arrangement is solely between you and the independent professional you choose to hire. Evaluate them the way you would evaluate any contractor, using the checks described on this site.

3. No warranty for contractor work

We do not warrant, endorse, or assume responsibility for work performed by any professional, and we make no promises about project outcomes, timelines, or pricing. Information on this site is provided for general education, is not engineering or legal advice, and may change; confirm code and structural questions with your town's building department or a design professional.

4. Acceptable use

Do not submit false requests, scrape the site, or use it in any way that violates law. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising out of your use of this site or the matching service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any dispute with us will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

7. Changes
