The model, plainly

Instead of buying ads, one professional in a given area pays us for introductions to homeowners who are actively planning a metal roofing project. That referral fee is a marketing cost on their side, the same category as a billboard or a search ad, and it is not added to your quote as a line item or a markup.

You never pay us anything, and you take on no obligation by submitting the form. If the match does not fit, you are free to walk away at any point.

What we are not

• Not a contractor. We never perform, subcontract, or supervise roofing work, and we are not a party to your contract.
• Not a lead auction. Your request is matched to one independent professional for your area, not sold to a call list.
• Not an endorsement. We publish the objective checks that matter in New Hampshire (insurance certificates, written contracts, manufacturer certification, references) and we expect you to run them on anyone who quotes your roof, including the professional we introduce.
